The Ninilchik Traditional Council contracted with ArrowHealth on May 5, 2002 to provide administration of a Non-DOT random drug testing program.
ArrowHealth bundled the various elements of the drug testing program for us. We have one payment to ArrowHealth and one entity to deal with.
ArrowHealth arranged for specimen kits, shipping materials, random pool selections, laboratory testing, medical review officer, courier services, and shipping.
On June 24, 2002 we had our first specimen collected. On June 26, 2002 we received laboratory results. The system ArrowHealth put in place for us worked smoothly.
